    Daimler Chrysler stands behind their parts for 12-months/12,000 miles. Engines and transmissions may have up to a 3-year/100,000 miles warranty. Warranty exchanges can be made at any Chrysler or Dodge Dealership in America with Proof-of-Purchase. These warranties do not cover parts that may be defective due to another part. Nor does the warranty cover modifications, tampering or abuse of any sort.

    Returns
    If for any reason you are not satisfied with your part(s);
    (i.e., quality, fit, incorrect item, etc.)

    Damaged Package/Part(s) In Transit
    The Carrier is responsible for any and all items damaged during shipping. If your package/part has been damaged, you will need to fill out a “claim report form” from that Carrier in order to be reimbursed. Do not return the package/part to Steve White Motors.
