1978-82 Cabbage Patch Preemie Doll Lona Karla, Original Clothes Pacifier Papers

14" Cabbage Patch Preemie doll copyright 1978-82 with brown eyes, and original clothing, pacifier, birth certificate and adoption adoption papers.  The doll and clothing are in good pre-owned condition with no odors.  There are some small spots of discoloration on the vinyl face & head, a few small faint spots on the clothing, a couple of small spots on the shoes.  The doll's diaper has wrinkles and the tabs have lost their adhesive so it's held on by bits of tape.  The elastic on the romper's arms and legs is stretched out.  The envelope holding the doll's papers has wear and tears.  We don't have the original box.
