Made by Turner & Seymour,  Made in Torrington, Connecticut in the U.S. by the Government.. Military issued..                             So they are old.. but still new quality,  you get two peelers for the price of one. one is free ...these peelers sat in a warehouse in San Diego for 60 years after WW II...  Hardened steel blades do some times rust, but it is surface rust only, they will out last a plastic peeler any day.... I try to inspect and use each one before going out. ( this way I know it works when I send it.).  and then I clean it.. but remember the blade is steel and will rust if not dried properly, they are not stainless steel.. it is surface rust only...
I will not take returns for a rusty appearing blade.. it is only surface.. wipe it off and use it..  and remember to peel away from you.. if that doesn't work.. peel toward you... they work one way or the other.

NO returns or exchanges for surface rust... Be  sure to use your peeler in both directions before contacting me that it is dull.... Thanks...
