    Description

    COLUMBIA RESEARCH LABORATORIES SOUND LEVEL METER SPL-103 with ORIGINAL CASE.
    Just purchased at an local estate sale. I opened it up and put 2 new 9 volt batteries in it (included with sale). Battery tester showed that they were powering up the unit. I don't claim to know what all the settings on the machine are, but using the dials I was able to get the meter needle to respond to noises like my dog barking. (One photo shows the needle responding.)  I cannot guarantee everything functions as I don't really know how to test it. I will sell at a reasonably low price to reflect that uncertainty.
