    Throughout a career spanning 35 years, Geoffrey Zakarian has made his mark as a chef restaurateur known for his sophisticated taste and signature style. As owner of Manhattan restaurants The Lambs Club at The Chatwal Hotel and The National at The Benjamin Hotel, Zakarian combines his classical culinary training and an eye for design. He also oversees the food and beverage program at The Water Club at Borgata in Atlantic City, has opened additional spots on the West Coast and elsewhere, and has plans for a restaurant opening in Qatar in 2019.
    Expanding beyond restaurants, Zakarian launched the Zakarian Pro for Home line, applying his professional expertise to create tools and cookware for home kitchens.
