Item Description
This is a Hitachi S-3500N Scanning Electron Microscope. Microscope was operational when it was removed from the laboratory. The computer had the DAQ cards taken out so while the software is there it will need new DAQ cards, because of this we cannot test it in our lab so are selling it under eBays Parts Only/Does Not Work category.

The S-3500N has all the standard features of the S-3000N, but benefits from a chamber that can accept samples up to 8" in diameter
The S-3500N has all the standard features of the S-3000N, but benefits from a chamber that can accept samples up to 8" in diameter, which also allows both EDX and WDX spectrometers to be fitted simultaneously. The EDX spectrometer can be fully integrated with Hi-Mouse option, which allows a single mouse and keyboard operate both the SEM and EDX system. The S-3500N has a high density frame memory of up to 2560 x 1920 pixels and an integral image processing, management and archiving system. An optional LaB6 electron source is available for even higher resolution performance. A unique low kV bias provides excellent image quality at accelerating voltages down to 0.3kV. This minimizes beam damages for all kinds of specimen of life sciences. Key features include:
3.5 nm resolution in high vacuum mode (3.0 nm with LaB6)
5.0 nm resolution in variable pressure mode (4.5 nm with LaB6)

We have a dedicated shipping department and take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We use new boxes and top quality packaging materials and equipment. We build custom skids for oversize items shipped domestically and if an item requires a crate we package them accordingly. We do not charge any additional fees for crating or packaging.
Standard Domestic Shipping
Standard shipping methods are chosen for you at our discretion, either by USPS, FedEx or UPS. Tracking numbers are emailed automatically at the end of the business day, once your shipment has left our facility.
Freight

All equipment purchased from Amp Tech Solutions LLC. includes a 30 day parts and labor warranty unless otherwise specified in the listing. Amp Tech Solutions LLC, warranties that should a product purchased from or repaired by us fail to meet its advertised specifications, within its stated warranty period, (period begins on shipment date) we will replace, repair or refund the product at our discretion.
Unless specifically stated in writing otherwise, all warranty service is performed at our facility in Orlando, Florida. Customers are responsible for all packing & transportation costs associated with the return of any item for warranty repair. The above mentioned warranty shall be sole remedy of the purchaser with Amp Tech Solutions LLC
Amp Tech Solutions LLC will not be responsible for any liability beyond the repair/replacement/refund options stated. We do not take responsibility for the suitability of the equipment to fit a particular application. We are not responsible for the customer's ability to operate the equipment that they purchase.
