I do not know what this does. The round bulb on the side of the pot has a heavy power cord coming from it and when plugged in it heats up. There's no temperature setting and opening the band around that bulb on the side of the pot does not provide ready access. Whatever is it going there has some caulk or glue Maybe.
The lid has a small fan in it and inside the pot there is one turn of tubing. So that's not a lot of heat exchanging and if it is a heater of any type it's not something that's adjustable. And then there's the small white tube that goes to some sort of a press on pneumatic type fitting? It looks like what you attach air hoses with the three ball bearings but it's larger. Happy for any information on what this is!
