Though I do not see a silver marker, the heavy tarnish suggests to me that it is pikely silverplate. Marked 1967 and has engraving on top and side. Box measures 4in x 3.5in x 1.5in. Box containes some crystals, stones, a apokemon figure, and a decorative spoon. Fun treasure box.
