This surgical table positioning attachment does not have markings so I cannot be sure who made it. Very sturdy and high quality and I guarantee they will not be DOA!
​It Looks to be very specific postitioning attachment and comes with an upholstered pad. The mounting bar is vertical and 4" wide. It can probably fit any rail that size. The pad can be removed. I have posted many pictures.

Excellent cosmetic and tested working condition. All knobs and Adjustments are working fine. The upholstry is in good condition on the left side but there is some wear on the side due to adjustments. Ready to use as soon as it arrives and I guarantee you will not be disappointed.
