Easily slice through fruits and vegetables for sides, salads, or main dishes with the OXO Good Grips Manual Chefs Mandoline Slicer.
This manual mandoline features a 2-sided Japanese steel blade. The blade creates straight slices or crinkle/waffle cuts. Integrated julienne and French fry blades give you even more options when prepping fruits or vegetables. Altogether, the mandoline offers 21 different cut options. Thickness settings are set in 0.50mm intervals. The indicator window lets you clearly see each setting from above.
The mandoline features a spring-loaded food holder with a wide rim to protect your fingers. A soft, non-slip handle provides a comfortable grip as you make French fries or sliced apples for pie filling. The mandoline includes a textured runway, which prevents food from sticking. Parallel surfaces create even slices every time.
