1985 Xavier Roberts Cabbage Patch Kids Bride and Groom Dolls
This set of 1985 porcelain Limited Edition Cabbage Patch bride and groom dolls come with their Certificate of Authenticity and boxes.  Please look at the photos as you will see that one of the boxes is in bad shape.
The same COA of the groom is also stained.
I bought this pair at an auction so I do not have the background on them but it appears that they were displayed. The dolls are in nice condition but the bride's dress could use a washing to brighten it up.  Photo #6 shows an area that looks like it is discolored a bit.  It is really barely visible but I wanted to point it out.  Please look at photo #8 which shows that the elastic on the bloomers has stretched.  I am not sure if the sleeves elastic has stretched or if they are not tight fitting to begin with. They are both signed by Xavier Roberts as shown in photos #5 and photo #11.  The bride is item #4894 and her name is Carleen Michelle.  The groom is item #4894 and his name is Jonathan Eric.  They are so adorable!
