Cosmetic Condition
The chair is in good cosmetic condition, but has a few large scuff marks on the side. It has scuff marks, scratches, and general wear from use.
Please see the photos for more detail.
The listing is for the chair base only. We do not have the upholster top. It will need one installed before use.
No other parts or accessories are included. Only that which is shown in the photos will ship.
Testing
We tested the chair by connecting the control pad and plugging it in. The chair powers on properly, indicated by audible beeps. With the control pad, we were able to raise and lower the chair properly. The tilt motor works and tilts the chair back and forth.
This is the full extent of the testing performed. The chair is in fully working condition.
Return Policy
If you receive the item not as described you will have 14 calendar days to return it.
You will be responsible for paying the costs of returning the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (this includes new and sealed items). Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
Shipping
This item will require freight shipping or local pick up at our facility in Christiansburg VA 24073.
We will add for palletizing the item.
This fee includes strapping the item to a skid, wrapping with stretch wrap, cardboard, and bubble wrap when needed.
