    Description

This is a set of 5 compressor screw clamps.
They are metal & measure approx 1" X 3/4" within the metal frame. The screws are easy to adjust the height of the hold / clamp.
I had to Google them to see what they were. There are no markings on them. I'm not sure if the bottom plate comes off / swings open or not. It looks like they are a "closed jaw" type from similar ones I saw online.
One side of the bottoms look bent. Not sure if that is by design.  I'm not sure what type of metal it is but it is lightweight and appears to be corrosion resistant.
I'm basing this on my observation from the age of them and that they still look good.
My dad was a chemist and he had a lot of different tubing in his lab so it makes sense that he would have them.

Over the past couple of years, I have been tasked with going through my parent's and
grandparent's possessions - two separate households with items spanning their whole lives. This has been a long, arduous process and will take many years to complete.
I will be listing a variety of items - some of which I know the story behind and others I simply haven’t a clue!
With each and every item, I try to supply as much detail as I can whether it is from my recollection / memories, internet research, or by matching it up with other pieces I have found. Each item tells a story for which I am grateful to now be able to document as a way of keeping some of the history of my family which is now gone. I wish I could keep a lot of it but I haven't the room.
I will do my absolute best to describe the item as I can. If I overlook a defect or if for some reason you feel that the item is not as described, please let me know. I will do my best to make things right! Thank you in advance for helping me with this overwhelming task.
