BEFORE PAYMENT

If you do not specifically request inside delivery, we will have the delivery driver call and inform you of expected arrival, and you will be responsible for providing help at the time of delivery to bring the chair package inside your office (at least two people, and we recommend having professional dental technicians on hand).

Standard Freight includes lift gate delivery. It is not the responsibility of the freight company to remove items from the pallet and take them inside your location. Returns
We currently offer a 30-day return policy. Unless item is damaged or inaccurately described, a 25% re-stocking fee will be charged.
