Purchased listed item is being sold strictly as Local Pick Up Only by Buyer or through Buyer’s Designated Shipping / Pick Up Agent.
Item is available for local pick up by buyer or buyer’s assigned pick up agent acting on buyer’s behalf which may include any variety of shipping, freight, cargo services or transport companies.  Seller’s responsibility is to make available item for pick up but is not responsible for arranging or paying for any transportation costs or insurance as that is the responsibility of the buyer.  The seller may assist in loading item onto buyers transport vehicle or that of his agents, or helping buyer with arrangements but by no means shall mean or imply any responsibility of transport role which is entirely that of the buyer.
If buyer arranged Shipping:  Shipping is from zip code 60441, with required Straight Truck or Smaller Vehicle or trailer, and property location considered Limited Access only, lift gate or seller fork lift load.
Shipping Motor Freight Services: Item available for motor freight pick up with two day advanced notice and appointment arrangement weather and other factors allowing.  Seller will load on straight truck or smaller only due to larger vehicle roadway access limitations and from your choice of shipper’s and pricing selected.  Seller can assist in freight company selection and quotes through our freight Service Broker or yours or your freight-liner account but actual shipping arrangements and authorization are between the buyer and freight service.  All shipping charges and insurance are the complete responsibility of the buyer and to be paid by buyer directly to freight service or broker selected by direct payment, billing to customer or customers account number.  Buyer will pay for purchased item in advance of shipping and after award of sale.  Transportation service charges are to be paid separately from price of purchased goods, and no goods will transfer or ship until payment for goods purchased are 100% paid and secured. Seller’s responsibility totally completes and ends upon "load of goods to Buyer or Buyers Shipper/Agent" when all responsibility of goods transfers to selected carrier for safe transport and good care of cargo.  Although shipping claims of damage and loss are less likely with motor freight on average, highway accidents and infinite other things are possible in handling and transport are possible and is what your insurance coverage is for and will compensate you directly should such an event occur and not through seller so under the shipping terms of this sale buyer releases seller entirely of any and all claims of damage, loss, or otherwise and indemnifies and holds harmless seller from and against any and all claims whatsoever.

Buyer MUST follow through on required local item pick up directly or through buyers shipping arrangements with buyers assigned agent to avoid paid for items being deemed abandoned and forfeited as follows; The purchased item(s) must be removed by buyer within 30 days of “sale date” or purchased item(s) are to be considered abandoned and forfeited and returned to sellers inventory, recycled, dismantled, destroyed, donated, resold, or disposed of in any manner seller deems fit with complete loss of any monies paid on the item(s) as non-refundable which however does not invalidate or excuse buyers warranted commitment and obligation of payment fulfillment attached to purchased item(s) not removed by Buyer or Buyers assigned agent and deemed abandoned forfeited with no exceptions. Only the seller can at the sellers option extend this deadline for delays outside the sellers control which may interfere with items pick up or by such as Acts of God. In any case where either party hereto is required to do any act, delays caused by or resulting from Acts of God, war, civil commotion, fire, flood or other casualty, unusually severe weather, or other causes beyond such party’s reasonable control shall not be counted in determining the 30 day item pick up time period before deemed abandoned and forfeited and such time shall be deemed to be extended by the period of such delay.
