Flat as shown in the picture it measures about 9 inches wide and 12 inches tall, but once folded over the shelf it will be about 10 inches tall. The sign is unused (the fold is not creased), but it does have light yellowing from age, and the bottom part is wrinkled, creased, scuffed, and has a small hole/tear.
