WH McElvain Coppersmith Angel Gabriel Weather Vane Searsport Maine

Description

Although my Father purchased this Weather Vane back in July of 1981 directly from W.H. McElvain of Searsport, ME., it only hung in our den and has never made it outside.  Handcrafted by an expert Coppersmith, it is a very close copy of an Early New England Weather Vane.
Measurements are as listed:
34.5" from Tip of Trumpet to Tip of Upper Wing
38"    from Tip of Trumpet to Tip of Lower Foot
19.5" from Tip of Lower Foot to To of Upper Wing
18" Top of Head to Lower Corner of Gabriel's Book
Body is 20" Long, Ball is 5" in Diameter, Directional's are 18" each
